comax vertical formwork

COMAX vertical formwork is designed for castings for earth retaining walls, walls, pillars and vertical-type castings. Castings comprise a perimeter frame and welded CU beams with a constant pitch of 30cm, some of which are pre-drilled to a pitch of 5cm. A single, 18mm thick, Finnish, multilayered panel is fixed to the frame with self-drilling screws.This panel has a 220 g/m2 phenolic covering. The DW15 and DW20 rods pass the truncated conical bushes on the perimeter frame. Two types of wedge clamp guarantee the joint between the panels. The aligning clamp fastens and the UNA patented aligner can be adjusted.

COMAX panels comprise 9 elements of varying lengths: 240 - 120 - 100 - 75 - 60 - 50 - 40 - 30 - 20 cm and varying heights: 300 - 150 - 75 begin_of_the_SKYpe_highlighting 300 - 150 - 75 end_of_the_SKYpe_highlighting begin_of_the_SKYpe_highlighting 300 - 150 - 75 end_of_the_SKYpe_highlighting cm. In addition, 90 JOLLY and 120 PILASTRO panels can be used for various configurations. The panels have a truncated conical bush that allows DW15/ DW20 rods, sloped at a maximum of 6n°, to pass through for sloped wall castings. The type of frame and connection holes allow components such as support struts and access brackets to be applied where required.

A filling blade with aligner can be used to facilitate the removal of "U" walls and closed shafts.

The following tools are used for non-90n° corners and, specifically, for 65n° to 180n° castings:
- A articulated aligner
- B fillings
- C adjustable clamp
- D small anchor
- E Comax panel
- F articulated corner
For H= 3.00m panels:
- Internal atriculated corner: 4 clamps UNA
- External articulated corners: 6 clamps UNA - 2 aligners

Corners can be closed in the following ways:
1 jolly-pilastro corners facing the same way
2 corners closed with standard panels
3 corners closed with external corners
Corners with a panel that is closed externally are constructed with 6 UNA clamps.
"T" walls are constructed using a 30x30 internal corner and two UNA clamps per side.
The casting can be closed in various ways:
1 with aligners, laminated wooden beams and a covering
2 with one standard panel and two jolly panels
3 with a jolly panel in front, held with hooked rods or universal pins.

COMAX panels allow walls of up to 12m in height to be built. Panels that can be overlapped are joined using two universal UNA clamps and two aligners or 4 fixed clamps and two aligners.

Pillars

Rectangular and square pillars, sized from 20x20 to 70x70 and comprising 90cm jolly panels. Pillars sized from 75x75cm to 105x105cm comprise 120 cm pillar panels.
