easyset metal formwork

EASYSET metal frame formwork includes a range of light panels that are easy to use and are ideal for small wall and strut castings. Casting pressure up to 50 kN/m2(*). DW15 rods pass through truncated conical bushes. This allows formwork to be used for sloped castings up to a maximum inclination of 4.5n°. EASYSET formwork has smooth surface finishing created with RAL 2009 coloured powder coating. This framework comprises a perimeter frame, CU profile beams, tubular beams with a constant pitch of 25cm and a covered with a 9 mm thick, Finnish, multilayer panel with a 220 g/m2 phenolic coating.

Technical Data

All CU beams are drilled at constant pitch of 5cm. Where necessary, the cover is drilled and the protection bush is fitted. 75 and 100cm long universal-strut panels are pre-drilled, again with a 5cm pitch, and are used to cast pillars, restarts, corners facing the same way, T corners and casting stops. All of the panels in the system can be used either vertically or horizontally.

Corners can be closed in two ways:

"T" walls

"T" walls are constructed using the 25x20cm inner corner and a single,5 cm

Restarts

Universal/pillar panels allow very easy restart from already existing walls of various thickness.

Casting stops

Castings can be closed in various ways. The most simple ways are:
- with aligners, laminated wooden beams and a cover;
- with one standard panel and two universal/pillar panels.

Pillars

Rectangular and square pillars, sized from 10x10cm to 80x80cm with a height of up to 6 m, are constructed with universal/pillar panels facing each other or standard panels and external corners.

Lead coating

Lead-coated struts ensure that compositions are vertical. These struts are equipped with a regulation arm and are connected by a base plate fixed to the ground. They connect to the formwork with a special Omega strut attachment
