LAWS AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are regulated by Italian laws on copyrights and industrial property, as well as by international copyright laws. The Court of Milan – Cassano d’Adda (Mi) branch will have exclusive jurisdiction and competency for any controversies that may arise in connection with these conditions. Nonetheless, CONDOR S.p.a. reserves the right, in the case that it considers necessary, to take legal action in Courts in countries outside of Italy, in order to protect its interests and in favour of its rights.
